One of the best things about this White Chocolate Mocha is that it’s so simple to make at home. You only need 4 ingredients and your Keurig machine.

Here’s what you need:
1 regular k cup, preferably dark roast
1/2 cup whole milk
2 – 3 tbsp white chocolate chips or white chocolate mocha sauce
whipped cream
Directions:
1. Pour the milk into a pan and warm gently until steaming.
2. Add chocolate chips and stir until fully melted
3. Brew 1 k cup at the smallest cup setting. The 4 ounce cup size is perfect but if you don’t have this option you can use 6 ounce option.
4. Add hot milk, stir well and sugar to taste. Garnish with whipped cream.
If you have Keurig K Cafe model (with milk frother):
1. Brew a k cup using the Shot option (makes 2 ounces)
2. Stir in 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce and stir until well combined.
3. Pour cold milk up to the latte line and froth milk using the latte option.
4. Add frothed milk to your coffee, sweeten to taste and garnish with whipped cream.
Tips:
Mocha coffee is usually prepared with espresso, so you want to use strong, dark roasted k cup for the best taste. Also make sure to use smallest cup option on your machine to make coffee really strong.
You can use skim milk or dairy-free milk if you want to make skinny white chocolate mocha. But, whole milk is what makes this drink really rich and creamy.
Makes: 1 serving.
