Nestled in the charming historic downtown Whitefish Bay neighborhood on Silver Spring, the beloved Fitzgerald pharmacy exudes an inviting, old-time feel with a comfy trending vibe. The air is filled with the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee and fresh-baked pastries that seamlessly blend into the pharmacy’s nostalgic atmosphere. The pharmacy is still very much a popular community staple, giving one plenty of reasons to stop by for a visit. Outdoor seating allows you to sit in the warm summer sun or breathe in the crisp fall air while chatting with a friend and enjoying Fitzy’s offerings.
Here you’ll find coffee from Chicago’s Metric and Boulder, Colorado’s Prodigal. The coffee menu appeals to both the seasoned coffee connoisseur and the casual drinker.

The Fitz (Iced)
Espresso, Milk, Maple, Lemon, Palo Santo BItters, Fennel Salt
Imagine a refreshing iced coffee drink that starts with a robust shot of espresso, sweetened with autumn maple and the warming, woodsy flavors of Palo Santo bitters while a zest of lemon brightens the profile, creating a delightful contrast. Fennel salt adds a touch that’s both unique and revitalizing. This marriage of flavors dances on the palate, perfect for a warm fall day. It’s available hot or iced!

Harvest Carrot Crumble
Turmeric ginger chai, CC Roux bitters, saline, oat milk, frosting
Picture a cozy fall drink that wraps you in warmth and comfort like a blanket: a spiced turmeric ginger chai base that exudes vibrant golden hues and aromatic spices. A dash of CC Roux bitters, infuses the drink with subtle earthy notes and a hint of sweetness. Creamy oat milk creates a velvety texture that perfectly balances the spice. Complete with a sweet topping and garnished with carrot, this indulgent drink feels like a cozy hug in a mug, inviting you to savor the season’s warmth and spice with every delightful sip.

Housemade Caramel Latte
From our first sip of this decadent latte we appreciated the touch of warmth and sweetness, perfected by housemade caramel. This latte is a delightful blend of coffee and sweetness, perfect for warming up on a cool day.

Prodigal Pour-over
This is one of their newest options: Diego Bermudez Hachi Gesha #1 – Colombia, natural. This was made by Fitzy’s own Tomoko, who takes great pride (and rightfully so) in perfecting the customer’s coffee experience. This pour-over is light and tea-like, with notes of fruits and florals with an earl grey and cardamom finish.

The tiny kitchenette at Fitzy’s packs a huge, flavorful punch in the form of bakery items, soups, and gourmet sandwiches. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a snack, the menu is a delightful blend of creativity and comfort. With an emphasis on local ingredients, fresh products and seasonal comforts, this café’s menu is a haven for food lovers looking to explore familiar favorites with a creative twist.

Croissant
(Plain and Almond)
Biting into these flaky croissants was a delightful experience; its golden-brown exterior shimmering with a delicate sheen. The almond croissant is generously filled with a creamy almond paste that brings a rich, nutty sweetness, perfectly complemented by the subtle hint of vanilla. Topped with slivered almonds and a light dusting of powdered sugar, each bite offers a delightful crunch that contrasts beautifully with the melt-in-your-mouth texture. This delicious pastry pairs well with coffee, warm or iced.

You know a place is good when you’re barely out the door and you start planning your next visit. Those plans include trying more of their larger food menu. We also hear great things about their ice cream! Recommendations welcome!
